- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The service at this bank is absolutely unacceptable. The service counter person, an older lady, sat there and argued with a customer making her point about not being able to cash a check. Okay I get it. One explanation is fine. But when she stands there for 10 minutes blabbing about other things that are not important with a big line backed up at the bank everybody was red with anger. If you enjoy customer service That is rude just go to this Bank you will not be disappointed.By Judy Brooks, May 24, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My primary bank is in Coeur d'Alene, but I drive to the Post Falls branch in order to deal with the employees there. Their service is fast and friendly. Carolina, the branch manager is amazing. She has helped me with various difficult transactions such as money transfers for purchases made directly from other countries and most recently setting up the special account of a friend of which I was the administrator of his estate. For me, this bank is worth the drive. I highly recommend it.By Ron Hotchkiss, January 28, 2017
