- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been doing business with this branch for 10 years. I have always had great service from everyone. The only times I have had any kind of problem is when it gets really busy, but all that tells me is that there are a lot of other people who think P1FCU is a great place to do business with also.By Stuart Connick, April 26, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We bank here, but really hate the fact that every time we go in we are waiting 15-30 minutes before being helped. We also don't like having to wait 20 minutes or more on hold to talk to someone on the phone n that there phone number reaches someone on the east coast that has to look up our account n doesn't even know us. This particular branch also has their ATM located by the driveup window drive through which is very problematic and inconvenient. It should be located on the far right side of the drive through. I'm feeling my limited time being spent on editing n than having to go n not being helped makes me nothing more than a number to this credit union. They don't care n customer service is out of touch with the people in Idaho.By Robert McFarland, March 16, 2017
